Guests can cancel until 15 days before check-in for a full refund including taxes
If a guest cancel less than 14 days before check-in, there will be no refund.
Long‑term reservations (more than 28 days) require full payment in advance and do not allow cancellations (no refund upon cancelation) or changes.
Payment and Reservation Guarantee
To secure your reservation, full payment of the total stay is required at the time of booking. The reservation is considered confirmed only after the full payment has been received.
Reservation Guarantee
The guarantee of your reservation depends on the confirmation of payment, which must be credited to our account by the specified deadline.
If the payment is not credited to our account by the indicated date, the reservation will be immediately cancelled.
If no payment is received within 24 hours of completing the booking, the reservation will also be automatically cancelled without further notice.
