Cancellation Policies
Booking policy and cancellations:
- 100% of the payment is requested at the time of booking for stays less than 60 days before the date of entry.
- 50% non-refundable are requested for the purpose of guaranteeing the reservation for bookings more than 60 days prior to the date of entry.
- Full refund 60 days before the date of entry.
- The remaining 50% will be requested 60 days before the entry date.
Pets
In our apartments (Lagos View Apartment and Lagos Alegre Apartment) we have a strict no-pets policy at our home.
This policy has been enacted to address the potential for allergic reactions among tenants caused by the presence of pets in the building.
The accommodation rate includes
- Bedding
- Towels
- Cleaning on the 7th/10th night (depending on the length of the stay). Service provided for free.
- Change of bed linen and towels on the 7th/10th night (depending on the length of the stay). A fee will be charged for changing bed linen and towels.
- Remote service available from 7:00 to 22:00 daily. 24/7 emergency services available. (Number are displayed in the apartment)
Pandemic procedures (Covid 19 or others)
We guarantee that all our units are properly sanitized with professional products both in cleaning and washing all towels and sheets.
At each check-in will be left alcohol gel and masks (or other Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) or any other disinfectant approved by official health regulatory bodies).
The check-in process will be tailored to the customer’s preference. Customers may choose to check in either in person or via remote means.

The security deposit will be returned after checking the unit at check-out.
