Booking policy and cancellations:

• 100% of the payment is requested at the time of booking for stays less than 60 days before the date of entry.
• 50% non-refundable are requested for the purpose of guaranteeing the reservation for bookings more than 60 days prior to the date of entry.
• Full refund 60 days before the date of entry.
• The remaining 50% will be requested 60 days before the entry date.

Our apartment Lagos Alegre is PET FRIENDLY. A special cleaning and allergy fee of 40,00€ per pet per stay is required. Payment is made at the time of check-in in cash. Any damage caused by Pets will be deducted from the guarantee.

We guarantee that all our units are properly sanitized with professional products both in cleaning and washing all towels and sheets.

At each check-in will be left alcohol gel and masks. Check-in will be done as the customer wishes, either in person or at a distance.

A security deposit of 400,00€ will be requested at check-in for each apartment, a security deposit that will be returned after check-out after checking the unit.
