1 – Offer: We can offer a lower price than you can find online
Before booking, you can ask for a lower price if you happen to find your reservation cheaper on another website.
Just remember to contact us before booking with us and at least 48 hours before your check-in date. You’ll need to provide us with the link to the other offer and it must be online and available when we check. You can also send us a print screen of the other offer to help us identify on the link that you provide
1.1 – We Price Match checklist and give you a discount up to 10%, on top of the price match.
The other offer must be for the same property and accommodation type.
The other offer must be for the same check in and check out dates.
The other offer must have the same cancellation policy and conditions.
When can’t you make a claim?
If the other offer is on a website that doesn’t reveal the property or accommodation type you’ll be staying in until after booking.
If the other offer is part of a loyalty or rewards programme. We define this type of other offer as any situation where a customer gets a reduced price from a property or other website as a reward for repeat business, logging in, entering a coupon code, referring other customers, or performing any other action which then changes the initially shown price.
If your current booking is a Partner offer, i.e. an offer that’s labelled as ‘Partner Offer’ on our platform (these offers are made available by algarviansun.com partner companies) or if you’re comparing the other offer with one of these Partner Offers on our platform.
B) General Terms and Conditions
1 – Object
1.1 The general conditions presented, updated in June 2021, are intended for the contact form, and other contacts made to the email info@algarviansun.com, to regulate the terms and conditions under which the service of Local Accommodation of Lagos View Apartment trading as Algarvian Sun, with headquarters at Rua das Juntas de Freguesia n4 2Esq 8600-706 Lagos, under the tax identification number 294121919, hereinafter referred to as Algarvian Sun, will be provided.
1.2 The reservation of any accommodation available on the website implies the acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
2 – Information on Prices, Products, and Content
2.1 Algarvian Sun reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, contents related to commercial offers and information about accommodations, prices, promotions, commercial conditions, and services.
2.2 The images of the accommodations may differ from the unit, resulting from changes made due to damages and property replacements.
2.3 Under Portuguese law, all prices presented at Algarvian Sun include the respective VAT rates in force, unless otherwise indicated.
2.4 Deposit – A deposit of €300.00 will be requested at the time of check-in for each apartment, which will be refunded after the check-out when the unit is verified, and no damage is detected.
3 – Applicable Law
3.1 Algarvian Sun recognizes the right of all its customers to terminate the contracts they enter into, allowing them to be refunded according to the reservation and cancellation conditions mentioned below.
3.2 Reservation and cancellation policy:
- 100% of the payment is required at the time of booking for stays less than 60 days before the date of entry.
- 50% non-refundable is required to guarantee the reservation for bookings more than 60 days before the date of entry.
- Full refund 60 days before the date of entry.
- The remaining 50% will be requested 60 days before the date of entry.
4 – Legislation
4.1 All purchases made on the Algarvias Sun website are subject to Portuguese law. Any conflict or divergence in the interpretation of the General Terms and Conditions of Online Sale will be submitted to the competent Portuguese court.
4.2 If the Customer is outside of Mainland Portugal, Algarvian Sun informs that any legal process must be exclusively brought before the Portuguese Courts.
4.3 In accordance with the provisions of art. 18 of Law No. 144/2015, of September 8, it is informed that the available RAL entity is the “Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo do Algarve”, with the following contacts:

The information contained in this site is the property of the Lagos View Apartment. Partial or total downloading, reproduction or resending for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited.
The user of this site cannot utilize any software or application, which interferes with the normal operation of it. The user cannot utilize any application, automatic mechanism or manual process to monitor or copy its pages, without the previous consent and authorization of the Lagos View Apartment.
The user can utilize user names and passwords to access determined contents of restricted access. The contents in restricted areas are confidential to the Lagos View Apartment, and the user cannot make use of it for lucrative or business purposes.
The content of this site may eventually contain some mistakes or not be updated. The Lagos View Apartment trading as Algarvian Sun Group can make modifications or corrections to the published information without notice.
